Custom Fabrication Services
For over 60 years, we have provided professional custom fabricating
services using only state-of-the-art equipment. We provide an extensive
range of custom fabrication services made to your speci昀椀cations. Our
services are available with all Duets by Gemini, Aluminum, Brass and
Brass Plated Steel materials. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for
your custom fabrication needs. Complimentary quotes are available.
Materials
All Duets by Gemini, Aluminum, Brass and Brass Plated Steel materials can be custom fabricated to your
speci昀椀cations.
Shapes & Sizes
Standard sizes include squares, rectangles, triangles, circles, polygons, ovals, etc. Certain custom shapes are
available such as state shapes, arched top plates, etc. There are a variety of non-standard shapes and sizes
available for plastic materials. Engraving Metals are only available in custom square shapes with square, radius
or notched corners.

Beveling is available on one side or two sides (available on plastic materials only).

Drilled Holes
B. F. Plastics can drill any size hole in any plastic plate. Standard hole sizes are listed below:
1/2”
1/4”
3/16”
5/32”
1/8” 3/32” 1/16”
When ordering plates with holes, please specify how many holes are to be drilled and where they are to be
located.
Cutting
B.F. Plastics is able to cut any standard shape with all plastic engraving materials in all thicknesses,
1/2”,1/4”,1/8”, 1/16”, 1/32”, and .020”. Slots can be cut in plastic plates or tags.

Adhesive Backing
467MP, F9460PC and 9500PC adhesive backing can be applied to all plastic and metal engraving materials.
